How do I prepare and send you a digital file?

When you place your order and include your email address,
you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Simply "reply" to the confirmation and attach your photo file
to the email. Or you may simply send the photo file to:
info@heart-thoughts.com Be sure
to include your name, address and order number.

Your photo file should be in a JPEG format.
(extension on the file will be .jpg)

For a scanned photo, please scan at 300 dpi (dots per inch)
at a minimum size of 3-1/2 in. x 5 in. The photo you scan must be at least 3-1/2 in. x 5 in.

For a photo from a digital camera, the resolution setting
on your camera for the photo must be a minimum of
1,000 pixels x 768 pixels. If you crop the photo, we need the final photo to still have
a minimum of 1,000 pixels by 768 pixels.

If you want your photo cropped (to eliminate background, zoom in on the baby etc)
you may send us the original and we will determine how much we can crop the photo
without diminishing the resolution.

May I order Birth Announcements before my baby is born and receive my envelopes early?

Yes. Go ahead and place your order and choose a birth announcement.
You may change your ink color, ribbon color, choice of birth announcement
within the same category of birth announcements when you call in your baby's information.

We will send you your envelopes early at no extra charge.

Do you obtain your cards from other companies for resale under the Heart Thoughts® name?

No. Our artwork is exlusive to Heart Thoughts®.
We can't make a price guarantee if you find the same card
at another company. You cannot find our artwork anywhere else.

Can I have my baby's picture on any of your cards?

Yes. You may have your baby's picture on virtually any of our cards
for a one-time charge of $20 regardless of how many announcements you order.
Simply call us at 800 524 2229 or place your order online and include your
your special instructions in the space provided. We will call you if we have
additional questions.

May I see a proof my announcement?

Yes. We can email or fax you a proof of your announcement.
There is no charge for this service.
